The best tasting and most beautiful jelly I have ever made! Native American beautyberry jelly making class, hosted by Christie A. Wood, Shiloh Board of Directors & avid jelly-maker. Depending upon when the beautyberry harvest occurs, we might be using berries fresh from the stems; or we may use juice prepared from the last harvest which I canned.

Blackberries grow abundantly in North Texas, and make the most delicious jellies, JUST IN TIME FOR CHRISTMAS. Hosted by Christie A. Wood, Shiloh Board of Directors & avid home canner.
We will be using blackberry juice home-canned by Christie in June/July 2026. We will be making 3 types of jellies: plain blackberry; clove/blackberry; and allspice/blackberry - for that holiday flavor.
