Learn to bake zucchini using fresh produce from Shiloh Garden. Taught by hosted by Nancy DiMarco, PhD, Shiloh Board of Directors & Denton County Master Gardeners; former RDN, Director of the Institute for Women's Health, Professor Emerita of Nutrition and Food Sciences, Texas Woman's University. Event is free, but donations are accepted. Must be 16+ to attend. Class size is limited. Bring a baking tin with you in order to take the finished dinners home!
